Early in 2008 TripleA, a cooperative stichting of ROC's and AOC's that focuses on Research and Development in the MBO field, launched a search for a new service provider. TripleA was looking for a partner to design, build and manage a new infrastructure for TripleA's Sharepoint 2007 portal, as well as its Exchange 2007 environment.
The requirements from TripleA were clear. They required a partner that could work jointly with them to create an infrastructure that would support their business needs, 24x7, whist being flexible enough to provide them with the necessary growth of the platform and ability to add additional services with minimum fuss. TripleA co-workers were scattered across different working locations so this was of primary concern.
Data Protection Act requirements were fully in force, which required TripleA to seek a partner located in the Netherlands who had access to Tier-1 data centre facilities located in the Netherlands.

The virtualized infrastructure was built with security in mind, and with key redundant components to ensure 24x7 availability. PCS continues to fully manage this environment on behalf of TripleA.
