Our customers know that in today's business landscape, availability of critical business applications is required to be competitive.  The tools and applications that we surround ourselves with are great until they are unexpectedly absent.  More often than not, work simply stops until applications are available to staff again.

Unplanned system outages are the bane of all businesses and add to the growing cost of their IT expenditure.

At PCS, our focus is on small to medium enterprises.  Those companies that are often left behind by the big outsourcing companies simply because they 'cannot pay enough'.   Up until now, these companies have had limited choices;  poor service with a supplier that promises everything, but delivers very little, or attempting to recruit expert engineers that are very difficult to find.

All too often we find, when talking to customers, that many service providers are happy to take their monthly fee, but actually do very little to ensure that their clients infrastructures are actually maintained....

Our vision is to ensure that all of our customers, regardless of size, receive the same level of service and commitment from us.   From the design and build of infrastructure solution to the ongoing maintenance and care of the systems and the applications that run on them, we work with organizations as a partner, as part of their extended IT department.

Our primary goal - to bring to the table customized, fixed price solutions using proven technologies mixed with innovative new ideas to dramatically cut our customers IT costs, without sacrificing performance and scalability.

Our key values

Fixed application uptime, at a fixed price.  Our Business Assurance Program provides IT departments with complete transparency to the costs of their outsourcing arrangement, without the complex Service Level calculations many solution providers use.  Ours is a little more simple than that - you applications are available, when you need them....period....

  • Partnership without the politics - we would prefer if you would consider us an extension of your organization.
  • Vendor neutral - we recommend what is best for each individual customer.  We do not have 'special' agreements with specific vendors to try to sell only 'their' hardware.
  • Experts in the front line - we do not have a call centre or helpdesk.  We employ expert engineers in the front line who answer your telephone calls and emails.  If a problem ticket is raised, it is an engineer who is familiar with your environment is immediately working on the issue.  If there is a problem, rest assured that we are already aware of it, and working on the resolution.
